Jeff has 30 years of experience in
the design, development and construction of residential
communities and housing. He specializes in the implementation
of technical design, construction methodology and
construction management practices. Jeff has coordinated
the construction of research housing between PREC
and their building partners, and works closely with
builders and affordable housing groups in Florida
to enhance their home designs to create more energy
efficient homes.
His experience and research focus includes

practices
• Plan review and design modification
• Implementation of ENERGY STAR® and Florida
