Planning Law in Florida/ Constitutional & Legal Foundations for Planning

As part of the Planning Forum, the University of Florida's Urban and Regional Planning Department, a PAB-accredited graduate planning program, has developed a short course that focuses on planning law.

The course is designed for planning professionals in Florida.


CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS AVAILABLE

This course is certified for AICP Certification Maintenance (CM) credits (1.5 Credits).


AGENDA

The constitutional and legal foundations that shape planning and growth management in Florida will be examined. The course will focus on key statutes and cases with emphasis on recent and pending actions and decisions.
